Twixtor 5 vs 4.5 (+ FCP vs. AE)

Hey all,
Does anyone notice a difference between Twixtor 5 from 4.5? Also Is the AE version better than the FCP version (I heard that somewhere). I have the 4.5 version for FCP, but wondering if I'm missing something.
 
In my experience, it's easier to use Twixtor in AE than FCP. To use it well in FCP, u may have to use Cinema Tools to conform your footage to get the best results
 
The UI for the plugin is exactly the same as far as I can tell, but I'd rather use it in AE as it's more stable.
 
Cool thanks guys!. BTW, if i'm shooting 60p on my DSLR and want super slowmo with Twixtor. Do I want to conform to 24 in cinematools so it already runs slowmo (and then go further in Twixtor) or should I just use the 60p within FCP.
I'm gonna try and locate an AE version- seems like everyone prefers it.
