Twitter Vine: Create Video

[Michael Erlewine]

Has anyone figured out how we could create the Twitter-Vine 6-second videos offline, in Premiere Pro and then get them into Vine:? I feel it would be fun to carefully craft them. Anyone know how?

Should just be able to export the video to a iPhone-compatible format, sync it up, then use it as a pre-existing video in the Vine app?
