TVC header

anybody with post production or production houses in general mind showing their headers for television commercials. i just wanna see examples of different kinds with countdown timer, color bar...etc...wanna get an idea of what i need to put on it and the style of it. thanks.

Beta tapes:
50 seconds color bars with audio frequency at 0dB for calibration, 10 seconds black, then the commercial.
Timecode should start from 1:00:00:00 and burned by the NLE.

Steve, has got it right. Wish I saw that all the time. We get everything from no lead at all to full title and color bars plus count down. If your sending tapes it is also important to put time code on the tape not just the window burn. If the post house is using tape they will probably need to sync to it. We have been getting nothing but files for a few years now so it has become a bit moot, but leader with a two pop is very nice.
