TV Logic VFM-056 5.6" HD LCD Monitor Peaking "Focus Assist" Menu Color Issue
I bought a TV Logic VFM-056 5.6" HD LCD Monitor not long ago and found an issue that I don't know if it's normal or faulty.
When I turned on Peaking function in the menu, and turned on "Focus Assist", choose "Color" as "Red", or "Blue" or "Green", the whole menu system's words become tinted with that color. In other words, every word in the throughout the Menu becomes "outlined" or "tinted" with the color I choose for Focus Assist Color.
I have used the same function in other equipment, either in video cameras or monitors but have never seen this before.
Has anyone experienced this before? Is this normal or faulty?
I bought this from a local camera store, and it's been weeks since I showed this to the salesman I bought it from but never got an answer back thus far. He said he had emailed to whoever the person in charge of supplying the monitor to the store, but no answer yet.
