TV Broadcast best settings suggestions 720/480

I have edited a 5 minute clip filmed 720P/50 Avchd.

I cant really figure out what export setting would be the correct ones, have searched forum cant find any answer

It has to be broadcasted for a tv network at 720/480.

What setting do you recommend?

What birate would be sufficient?
One pass? two?

Im using CS&

Any other suggestions?

Your broadcaster will supply the file spec and requirements.

They vary so check first and also ensure you meet the QC ( video legal spec)
