I have 2 or 3 PowerMac G4s lying around without a purpose, and one 2 year old Mac Pro. I am planning on installing a RAID controller card and 4 2TB drives into the Mac Pro and turn it into a RAID like server, and have other computers connect to it. But I also have a few G4s and a couple of 1TB drives. I've been using external drives for too long and I don't have the budget for a stand alone solution, so I'd like to work with what I have and spend a couple dollars on making it happen. Is it possible to network the 4 computers together, with the G4s having 3 or 4 1TB drives inside and a RAID controller, and the Mac Pro having 4 2TB drives and a RAID controller inside, and turn it into a FCP server?
