Turn-key Edit systems

Hello Folks,

Not sure if I'm in the correct forum here but as I am editing in Premiere CS3 it might be the place to start.
Can anyone recommend a company that sells Turn Key Edit systems set up with a Matrox RT.2 breakout box. Good prices and great tech support would be nice too.
