Tungsten bulbs with a standard socket?

I wanted some dirt cheap lighting to supplement all of my Arri gear so I got this set off Amazon: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00MBVOIJU/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o03_s01?ie=UTF8&psc=1

It has CFLs which I've never used before (at least in video lighting) and I want to switch them out for some standard tungsten bulbs. Can someone recommend a source for some 3200k or so incandescent bulbs to throw in there? They take standard household socket bulbs, unlike what my Arris have. Maybe there are some CFLs with around a 3200k color temperature that'll work just as well, but I'm thinking tungsten would probably be better. After using the CFLs for a session I realize that the daylight temperature CFLs almost gave me a headache and were hard on my eyes. I prefer the warmer look of tungsten.

An issue with using incandescents is that that system was designed to use four 45 watt CFLs per fixture. So you should definitely not use more than a 45 watt tungsten. Even that may be a risk. Also, that will give you less light per fixture. You need to check if the light system has any power ratings limits or if it states "Only use CFLs". You may risk fire if you use bulbs not intended for use in that fixture.
