Tuner on the fritz??

I use an older Yamaha stereo receiver as a hub for all things audio. Today, I was playing an edit on FCP (as I've done for 3 years now) and the audio kept cutting out on me. THe receiver keeps making sounds like it is clicking off...

Is this doom? Or a simple --- what, fuse?

Yamaha . . . got one too! Didi you just get it out of the garage or is it your usual work horse . . . fuse blown would prob just give a dead not on and off thing.

Hey Matthew --

Naw-- it was moved from my living room where it was my full time stereo directly to my office about 2 years or so ago.

Seems to be related to audio peaking... something's triggering it to click off and on.
