That's pretty much every student film cliche' rolled into 2.5 minutes. Well . . . it doesn't have an insert of an alarm clock.

I don't agree with that. Been through film school, been through more than my fare share of film school screening from other years... maybe the singing and the gun are cliches, but this is a fresh idea to me.

Also it's about the execution more than anything. Very well done IMO.
 
i agree with the student film comment but i still liked it. it's a new twist alot of student films i see are just poorly written with guns and waking up alarm clock shot but this was just simple and funny.
