Tube tape lighting.

I do NOT have hands on experience with them...That said, these units have a built in cooling fan, and I usually stay clear of lights like these as they can ruin your audio.
Hopefully, someone who owns them, can chime in here..Good luck.
 
I have these same lights from Tube tape but from a 2 light kit. The noise is very noticeable from the fans and they run HOT!!! There is a tutorial on youtube explaining how to install a switch to turn the fan off. I did this and one light is totally out of commission and one has no fan anymore. This also voids the warranty so buyers beware.

I would look into Lowell's if you are on a tight budget but one thing is for sure, you get what you pay for. There is a light kit that costs under $1500 described in the video "How to Setup, Light & Shoot Great Looking Interviews". I think someone listed all of the items here somewhere in the forums. It all depends on your needs though.
