Trying to Render Out Premiere 2.0 Project in CS4 - Getting Errors

Project was originally created in Premiere 2.0 and trying to get CS4 to render it out. Encountering weird 'Unknown Error's when compiling movie.

Is this common when trying to render out Premiere 2.0 projects in CS4?

I never needed to try that, but had many, many problems with trying to revise even CS3 projects in CS4. I'd imagine PP CS5 might be even less backwards-compatible.
