On my offline editing system to try it out, it asked for direct x 9c . So I go to Microsoft and get the downloaded version for offline systems. I open it ,it doesnt give me a default path. What is the path I need to install direct x 9c to? Thanks
It should only ask for a temporary location to uncompress the setup files. The Temp directory is good enough, if you don't want to create a permanent folder for keeping them.
The install itself will be going all over the place.
