I have Olympus lenses,

I've read a number of threads here at DVXUser and have followed many of the 'banner ads' to sites selling 35 mm adaptors, but cannot seem to find the information I'm looking for.

What kit/adaptor will I have to purchase to use my Olympus lenses; what would you recommend?

Redrock and Letus makes Olympus lens mount.
they are both good lens adapters.
you can't go wrong either way so it's your choice.
just look at test footage that are shot with the Redrock and Letus and pick which ever you like.
