Troubles with picture quality

[UnKnowN Productions]

When I try to export my picture into FCP it becomes all blurry and poor quality. Im wondering if it has something to do with my settings possibly? if anyone could help that would be great

Are you resizing your image when you bring it into FCP? If your uprezzing, you'll add some bluriness.
