When I am exporting my HDTV footage, Premiere exports 4 files. The one that plays the video has no audio, and the audio one doesn't have the video. It didn't use to do this. I didn't change anything but now it's doing this. It has always made 4 files, but the one with the .m2v file always use to play both video and audio. What have I done?

you have created an elementy MPEG2 file, this is situable to send to encore, although encore will accept a multiplexed mpeg2 (One .mpg file contianing both video and audio) elementry steams are handled quicker and allow for stereo mastering of the audio before authoring. The other to files which appear to do nothing contain metadata for the adobe workflow, encore can see chapters that were created in premiere etc.
If you want one file instead of elementry streams, just go to the "Multiplexing" tab in the render settings and apply a mpeg2 multiplex instead of "None",
Not sure why your m2v used to play audio, by nature this file does NOT contain audio as the m2v extention is usually resevered for video only elementry steams, what program are you playing them in, it may be auto referencing the wav file along side and playing it for you
