I bought a DVX100B from Willoughby's. When I submit the form online for the mail in rebate I am recieving a message that the serial number can't be verified. I have e-mailed and called the panasonic rebate office and they told me they would look into it but it's been almost a week with no response. The deadline is coming up soon. Has anyone else had this problem and what was done about it?
