I downloaded a muzzle flash from detonationfilms.com and imported it into my project. First I used added just the one frame I wanted to the timeline in V2. Then I added the Color Key filter to key out the black. I then scaled the size down to what I wanted and moved the flash in place. When I render I get black lines going through the flash. Why is this and how do I fix it?
The original clip is 720x480, 29.97fps. My project is DVCPROHD 1280x1080 24fps. I've tried using Cinema Tools to rev. telecine the clip to 24fps, but that doesn't change anything. The flash renders fine until I scale it down. Scaling up also creates lines through the flash.
