Trouble conforming 25p to 24p in Cinema Tools...

I have a 1080 25p clip I am trying to get to 1080 24p. When I open the clip in Cinema Tools the "conform" button is grayed out. Not sure if I messed something up by creating a database before, but I thought it was as easy as clicking conform and choosing the frame rate?

Any help??
 
Cinematools can't conform any files with long-GOP compression, such as h264. Make sure your files are Prores and that should solve the problem.
 
The file says pro res, but I went ahead and did it in Compressor. Keep the quality high, so it didn't look like it took a hit.
