Tripod spreaders, wheres the beef?

I love getting ripped off, buying each seperate parts of a tripod that seems oh so essential at first. But might as well get ripped off the right way.

I got the 3182 legs. Which is more preferable? the mid level spreader or the ground spreader?
 
I have the 3182 sticks and you don't *need* any spreader at all. However, I did get the mid-level spreader, which is easier to use than the ground spreader on uneven ground. In practice it really makes very little difference.

Listen, whatever you guys do do not ever, ever for you NYCers, DO NOT ever ever buy from Adorama. Pray to Satan, sacrifice your family, murder your love ones but for godssakes never ever buy from Adorama.

I wouldnt know, but there might be some things missing when I purhcased this. Now 503 sticker on my head. no 3182 sticks Barry mentioned.

Im about to go back to my murdering ways and kill some mofos at Adorama. Peace
