Tripod showroom in L.A. area?

Hi all,

Does anyone know of a dealer in the L.A. area that stocks most of the tripod/heads (for an HVX w/matte box & follow focus) that have been discussed in this forum (Cartoni Focus CF, Sachtler DV6SB, Vinten Vision 3, Miller Solo DV) in their showroom? I need one today and I'd like to try them all side-by-side and then just buy it on the spot.

Any store recommendations would be much appreciated.

Thanks!

Phil

Last time I was there, Abel in Burbank had the Sachtler and Cartoni on display as well as Panther. Did not see Vinten or Miller there.

Birns and Sawyer had Sachtler, Cartoni, Bogen on display.

You could check EVS, I think that they carry most of those but I don't know if they have them all out on display.
