Tripod platform/raised box/step stool...

Hey guys...

I need to make/buy some kind of a raised platform that would me and my tripod to be raised 3 feet in the air. I would guess it would need to be 3 ft tall and 4X5 in w/l. Any ideas on where I can buy one or a way to make one that weigh a ton?

Maybe just use a step stool?

I remember jumping on one at DVexpo West, cant remember who made it though now. for the size you need, you should look at those aluminum fold up picnic tables.

The challenge is that my partner and myself are both big boys. 6'2 and 290lbs. Wonder if that table will work...

Yeah.. I will try and find that thing I tested at DVexpo. Im 6'8" and about the same weight, and it held me up really well.

Wow those are $1600+. Insane...hehe. Would be nice but way to expensive. Thanks for trying though...
