Tripod legs for video and photo?

I currenlty have a mediocure tripod setup for my photography, but since I was planning on buying a seperate video setup I started tossing around the idea of selling my current Manfrotto kit and buying a set of Gitzo CF legs with seperate heads for each applications. So, would you guys and gals suggest on getting seperate systems or should I be ok with one really nice set of legs and two heads? I wish I could go all out on two seperate systems, but since both video and photo are hobbies I really need to keep cost to a minimum (never really happens )..

Thanks for any suggestions.

The best way is to get a tripod with a built in bowl (either 75mm or 100mm) and get 2 appropriate bowl adapter for both of your tripod heads. That way it will only take a few minutes to switch between the two.

Thanks Huy, I contacted Gitzo just for reassurance, but if all checks out then I'm planning on getting a set of GT-3541L.
