I'm also looking at upgrading my tripod and head for an HPX-150, SGblade, rails system with follow focus and mattebox. The two packages I'm looking at are:

I was looking for opinions on the differences in sticks between the two. Is the 350mvb worth the extra cash?

wow! Is there anything cheaper? than those options? I was kinda hoping for something in the 2-300 dollar range, if not cheaper.

basically i want to know if the tripod i want to use just has to be able to support the total weight of my units or does it have to be a special one because of the robs that are being used?
