Has anyone ever used or heard of a weight between the tripod head and camera to reduce bumps? With cameras getting lighter and lighter (we have hmc150s) it is hard to pan and tilt smoothly. I am considering attaching weights directly to the head, but haven't heard of anyone doing that. Thoughts?
Our heads are 700RC2 from Bogen, who says they only support 5.5 lbs, so maybe adding weights wouldn't be wise...
