Tripod head sticking during pans ... any remedies?

I have a "e-image tripod" and I use a Panasonic HMC150 Camera on it.
It has started sticking during pans.
Any suggestions on how to remedy the situation?

How can you re-lubricate the head?

Has anyone ever tried using graphite lubricate, the stuff you use on door locks?

All comments appreciated.

Thanks

If it's not a true fluid head (ie one with sealed fluid-filled units) then it might be possible to dismantle it and clean, then re-grease yourself - I remember doing it years ago with a Manfrotto 116 mk3 head, Manfrotto sent me some silicon grease and it was just a case of undoing some bolts and slapping it on. If it's a proper fluid head though then it's a service job for sure.
