Tripod for DVX100B?

I am thinking to buy a Bogen / Manfrotto 3221WN (055BWB) Wilderness Tripod Legs with 3433 Pro Video Head and Softcase - Supports 9.9 lb from B&H Photo. What do you think? Is it a good deal? Or should I purchase another brand of tripod? What do you think about the rest of this equipment? Azden WMS-PRO VHF Wireless Lavalier and Handheld Microphone System with WLT-PRO, WMT-PRO and WR-PRO, Impact Tungsten 2 Flood Light Kit - consists of: 2 Flood Lights, Bulbs, Light Stands - 500 Total Watts and Bogen / Manfrotto 3137 Variable Leg Spread Portable Dolly? I am a student and don't have to much $$$ but want the best for my lil baby, my DVX100B. I appreciate any sort of comments/suggestions good or bad! Thanks again.

I've put my money on a Libec LS-22 with zoom controller (free) through Zotz video. As for wireless I went for the Sennheiser and lamps went for the Lowells. I'm a student too with a Panny B so I'm hoping this stuff will last for a good while.

I use the 3221W tripod with a ball head for stills, but an older 3046 with a 503 head for video. It's probably discontinued, but you should be able to find one on ebay. It's very solid, resists torque so it doesn't wind up and then suddenly release when you start a pan. This is not high end gear, but is the minimum I'd recommend. You could maybe get by with the 501 head, but you will not be able to move the camera smoothly with the 3433. I use sennheiser (evolutin G2?) wireless mics and all kinds of lights; if I had to start over you can't beat Lowel for the money, they're lightweight and rugged. If you're still shooting in 10 years you'll still be using them. Good luck.
