Tripod and Head for Live Broadcast

Currently using some DV th-650 Tripods for our production. They work okay, but we are looking for a smooth, solid tripod head and sticks.

At this point, the tripods we use are a little too shaky, so we are looking to upgrade. This would be for our close up shot of the speaker as he walks back and forth on stage. So that's why we are getting the jitters almost from the operators pulse. Need something more orientated for our situation. Any pointers in the right direction is appreciated. Also, we are using EX3's. If you need anymore information, I can update this with more details.

Budget is around 2k, unless this wouldn't get us in the right ballpark.

Is the $2K budget per tripod or for how many in total? If it's per, these are very good for the price http://www.adorama.com/SCFSB6SLMCF.html. If it's $2K for multiple, let me know for how many and I can look for some less expensive alternatives.

Sorry, $2k per tripod. Looking for just one replacement as a main for the close up. Our tripods are very shaky and pick up the slightest touch/jitter. We need some stability in movement for sure. Thanks for the tip.
