Transparent background??

I am having some problems with making my background in AE cs5 transparent. I believe it has something to do with the alpha channel.

I want to use a animation preset, but when i import it into premiere its still has a black background.. If anyone can help me with this that would be great!!

Make sure you have your settings to RGB Millions of colors + in your render settings
