I have someone who wants to re-edit my movie for me... but he doesn't have CS3... only Avid and FCP. I'd like to use him -- he's even said that he's willing to start all over from scratch in FCP... just using the rough cut in CS3 as a guide.
Is there a way around have to make him start all over from scratch?
And even if there isn't... can I just copy my Hard Disk with my Premiere avi files on it and send it to him, or would I need to re-import everything from MiniDV tape into FCP to get to him?
