Translate to Korean...

I'm looking for somebody who could translate a little message for me to Korean.

I bought something off ebay from a Korean seller. The problem is that shipping was listed as $19 on the bidding page, but shows up as $39 on the paypal invoice. Ebay told me that it appears to be some strange bug and that they are looking into it, but it might take some time. They told me to just request a "manual" paypal invoice from the seller with the correct amount.

Even though the seller has a 99%+ rating, he doesn't respond to my messages. I suspect that he just doesn't speak english very well (item description looks like translated to english with google).
Therefore, I would like to send him the following message in Korean.... I would greatly appreciate if anybody could translate the message bellow (doesn't need to be word by word). Thanks in advance :)

Subject: Wrong Price...

Dear (Name)

There is a mistake on the paypal invoice for the item I just bought. Shipping is listed as $19 on the ebay bidding page and the item description, but shows up as $39 on the paypal invoice. Please send
me a new paypal invoice with the correct amount for shipping of $19 so I can pay the item.
Best,
Michael

난 그냥 구입 항목에 대한 페이팔 인보이스 실수 있습니다. 배송은 이베이 입찰 페이지 및 항목 설명에 19달러로 나열하지만 페이팔 인보이스 달러 39까지 표시합니다. 보내주세요
내 19달러의 배송에 대한 정확한 금액으로 새 페이팔 인보이스 그래서 항목을 지불할 수도 있습니다.

Run this through google translator to verify. I sooooo love Google Translator.

Did you use google translator to translate it? Because if I let google translator translate the Korean you posted to english, it doesn't make any sense at all. It's actually quite funny to read...

@Doc Bernard
Not "word by word" as long as the meaning is preserved ;)

@Pookie
That's the problem, the invoice that ebay generates lists a different amount than the bidding page does.... Ebay told me that it's probably some kind of bug in their system and that I should ask the seller to adjust it since it might take them awhile to find out what the root of the problem is.....

Google translator is alright if you don't mind sounding like an illiterate 3 year old. Some times it's enough to suffice to get a general message across. :Drogar-Dum(DBG):

You could try sending Kirk Gillock a PM. He's a bit closer to the area than many of us and might be a quick link to someone that can translate properly. (?)
