Transition effect

Does someone could tell me how to achieve this transition effect you can see at the beginning of the video and at 1:05.
I use Final Cut and Motion 4. Thanks a lot ! May be just give me the name of this kind of transition would helps me search more about it. I'd say it is like a gradient wipe but much more smoother in the transition between the two clips.

It looks like a simple film dissovle along with some camera trickery.Here is an idea. Ask the person who posted the video

I agree with Epeck. At 1:05 right? where he goes from overhead steadicam to the flowershot? looks like a simple dissolve. The camera movement and timing of the transition is what makes it look seamless.
