Transferring timeline from 5.1 to 5.04

Began editing a doc on the road using my MacBook Pro and FCP 5.1. Now that I'm home, I want to edit on my older iMac running 5.04. Plug in my firewire harddrive, but 5.04 doesn't seem to want to read the timeline. Any ideas?
 
Export the project as an XML and then open the XML in .04 -- With the same drive hooked up this will be seamless!!
