Transcoding software with GPU acceleration to CineForm 10-bit and H265

I'd like to transcode my XAVCS 100mbps 4k files to Cineform for editing, and export to h265 thereafter. AME takes a really long time (approx 2:1 for Cineform conversion, and doesn't take advantage of GPU). Any recommendations for 3rd party software?
