transcode NTSC to PAL

hi there,
I'm doing a job here in Brazil for an European tv and they aked me to send the edited files in pal.. I'm doing the conversion on Compressor but we are having so many issues... I'm really desperate and trying to find the right way to do it... tried to research on the forum but without luck...

I've had pretty good success with Compressor 3.5. What issues are you having, exactly? What is the format of your original QT file?
 
I had to do exactly the opposite, and there was no way in FCP or Compressor without poor results. You'll need to find another solution.
