"Trance" -- Danny Boyle is back with a heist thriller

ADM DOP. Good to see the old team is back together again. Miss those guys, lots of fun and a great atmosphere to create in.

Looks a bit heavy on the old teal-and-orange. While I love Danny Boyle, I really hate watching James McAvoy (am I the only one)?

A movie directed by Michael Bay starring James McAvoy and Shia LaBeouf. In 3D and HFR. Thats my nightmare.

Based on an idea by Michael Crichton...brought to you from the producers of Twilight...

Nothing like a well done heist flick- this could be interesting, with perhaps just a tiny bit of Nolan influence?

Speaking of Boyle, I'm thrilled to see that Shallow Grave, his first feature (which I last saw at the Miami Film Festival in '94), just got picked up by Netflix.
Some wickedly dark humor in that little low-budget crime thriller!

Just saw it and came out in a trance.

Hard to agree with all these comments below .. the reality of stealing a 25mill painting morphing into amnesia and hypnotism and leaving behind the owners,
the cops, the insurance folk, the sensationalism, newspapers and the public curiosity .. was kinda hard to cope with ..

Fuji Film with Boyle at the helm works nicely. 5/10.

Cheers.
