Trail Park Boys, 60i?

I really enjoy watching the Trailer Park Boys. Does anyone else watch it?
I was trying to figure out last night if it was shot in something like 24P or 60i. It looks more like something you would shoot in 60i, as it has a very realistic, almost documentary look to it. I'm assuming it's video, but I'm not too sure.
Anyone else know anything on this matter?

Love that show. Last night's season ender came too soon, but I guess Mike and the boys are gearing up for the movie release.

It's 60i and I think they still shoot on a PD150. I just saw a documetary about the show shot by the director's wife, "Hearts of Dartmouth," and there were some shots of the crew with what looked a lot like a sony.

They originally pitched the show as 13 one hour episodes per season, shot on a handycam in B/W. Now those are some cahonas!
