I Know How To Paint And I Know How To Use The Tracking In Ae. But I Cant Seem To Figure Out How To Apply Tracking To The Paint Effect. I Am Trying To Paint An Eye A Different Color And Track It To The Current Eye. Anybody Have Any Idea?
 
Anybody else have help. That doesnt help me i cant see what is going on. It's very low quality.

...anyway, once you have your motion tracked, open the tracker properties (under your video layer: Motion Trackers > Tracker 1 > Track Point 1) and copy the Feature Center keyframes. Now, to Effects > Paint > Brush 1 > Transform and paste the copied keyframes to Position line. There you go...
 
That's a poorer technique though, because if you make any changes to one set of data, you've got to change it in both places manually. Do it right the first time and you never have that problem. Basically the procedure is the same but instead of copying and pasting those keyframes you're creating an expression and using the pickwhip to assign the relationship. It's really just as easy once you've done it once.
 
Aye, if he knows expressions, that's the best way to go. I just figured he was only starting, so I tried to put it as simple as I could.
