Tracking movement of Chroma area?

Hi there,

I'm not sure how to fully explain my predicament.

But, basically.

On the screen below, I've created a "Green Screen Area" on the television. However, due to spilage, I've masked the TV itself.



And below as you can see, the camera zooms in for a closer look.



However, the problem I'm having is actually keying in the footage I want on the TV. I know it's probably an entry level function, but I'm not sure how to correctly align the footage I want keyed in. At the moment I'm going through it, resizing it, orientating it using 3D orientation.

But... There must be an easier and better way to do it.

Can anyone help?

cannot fully understand what is required,
but if you are talking about animating what is being keyed
track the motion = apply on the footage,
if you are talkking about how to keying?
use keylight or rotoscope (rotobrush for faster)
