I mean, we've all thought about parading around in a Borat-style mankini, but few of us get to the point where we buy one. Much less try it on. Or have a photo taken once we're wearing it.

It's a joke from the Simpsons, Homer goes to Rock N Roll camp and Lenny Kravitz tells him that some Rock N Rollers stuff their crotch and goes on to say that Kenny Loggins is a notorious crotch stuffer. Later on in the episode Mick Jagger tells Lenny Kravits "Hey Lenny, don't you have a crotch to stuff?" as in get lost.
