Whilst reading the posts I keep on getting HH, i.e. Hardware Hungry. Didi you realise Hardware gets more posts than any other catagory. I am getting a flow pod now thanks to Captains clips, so it is DVX, anamorphic adapter, flowpod, & I still want a broadcast monitor and a . . .

So this sounds like the kids game . . . I went to the candy store and bought, chocolate, gum, soda . . . . and!

Just the adult version ala Cafe DVX is I went to the Camera store and got a . . .

DVX, an anamorphic lens, a dv deck . . . .

Anyone care to add on, its free! Boys just gotta justify those toys!

I'm obsessed with buying a DVX100A to shoot my next short but it's hard to justify. I don't want to be my own cinematographer again... maybe I'll find someone with a camera or maybe I should rent one. BUT I WANT THE ITEM I WANT THE TOY and I want to own a camera. But $3500 bucks! That's a lot of money! Sigh...

No probs, renting out is not a bad idea but bewarned, it will only make the WANTING grow bigger. And like I was saying then it just doesnt stop there ;)
