When making a tour video about a hotel or a college or univeristy accommodation, is it compulsory to have interviews or people talking about how great the place is?
It depends on the style of video. We have some work that we do with just voiceovers, and others testimonials, and now we're doing a few with a mixture of both, starting with VO and going to testimonials after that, then ending with VO.

Really it depends a lot on the client and their wishes / preferences.
