So who's going to the Toronto Film Festival? I'm going this weekend, driving up from Detroit on Friday and coming back Monday night. I've never been before (well, I've been to Toronto, but not the festival). To those who've attended before, how far apart are the theaters? Are they all pretty centrally located? There doesn't seem to be any info about that on the web site (http://www.e.bell.ca/filmfest/2005/home.asp). Individual tickets go on sale tomorrow morning, so I’m just wondering how much time I might need to have between films.

Anyway, I'm looking forward to it. I hope I can get tickets to some of teh films I want to see.

Cheers,

Josh

I'm going to TIFF. I've got my tickets already.

Sorry, I don't know about what is still available, or what the same day sales are like.
I always get tickets in the advance screening, or the all purpose pass.

I do know you can get to all the theatres by subway, and it's at most a few blocks walk from said subway to the theatre/s. It used to be far more centrally located, theatre-wise, but that's changed.

Enjoy the fest,

Cheers:)

Thanks for the info. I would have bought one of the passes in advance but I wasn't sure until today whether I'd be able to make the trip there. Now I'm just deciding whether or not to drive (about five hours) or take the train from Windsor.
