Torchled Bolt question

Hi, I am new at the forums here and would like your opinion on the Switronix Bolt led video light. I know it is a new model and I cannot find any reviews on it anywhere and maybe someone has purchased one and would like to share experiences with it. My question is that I do not see any dimmer switch on the pictures of it that are available and maybe someone knows how to access it.. I am sure there has to be a dimmer control on the unit somewhere.

There is a dimmer knob on the back. Note that it is separate from the Power on/off switch, so one can adjust the brightness level and then power on/off and always land at the same illumination level.

I guess each color control also controls the brightness, so when I want to quickly dim it down for a close up interview shot I have to color re-adjust,then I have to re-adjust the colors all over again for a distance shot and vice versa. Unless I leave it always on at a brightest level and annoy the interviewed person. Hope this isn't the case as it looks like an excellent light otherwise.

Thanks Mitch, I do a lot of weddings in Florida and along with interviews I also video individual tables at an average distance of 10 feet away and people constantly ask me to dim down a bit, but at any given time I may need the power to reach further instantly without any time to recalibrate colors. On an average wedding I dim up and down very often. Although I manually set the aperture when people get too close to the light, I really have to dim it down to avoid too much light for interviews, table group shots, objects on tables etc. I would have preferred the light to have ONE control for the color going from warm to blue and another dedicated dimmer control for overall. That is the main reason I did not go for the Lowel Blender.
