Top Down Looking Down on Bed Rigging Question

It depends on where the bed is and if there is anything to rig to. An easy way to do it would be to build a menace arm with a right angle plate at the end of it. Rig the camera to the end and you can arm it anywhere you like. You could also use something like a porta-jib to get it done, any sort of jib would work.

Budget-2 cstands and a 2x4. 3/8 16 bolt long enough to go through the 2x4 and fender lock washers washers and secure the Scarlet base plate to the 2x4.
