I broke down and bought Adobe's video collection standard edition. But After effects tool palette is missing. The trial edition did the same thing. I reinstalled after effects without the startup items but it does the same thing. Any thoughts or suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks

Yes but it doesn't do anything. I reinstalled the software in VGA mode without any startup items running and it does the same thing. I have a pentium 3.2ghz(I think) Dell brand new. I also have a 1.3 ghz amd that it does the same thing on. Anyone else had this problem?

Problem solved! My 14 year old solved it, part of the expired trial version was not being removed. Thanks tread closed?
