Tool for measuring tilt angle for fincher esq giant look?

Hey,

So I'm doing a shoot in a week or two and could do with one of those tools for measuring the tilt etc

Fincher had that stones video where he comped them into NY and whilst my video is nothing like that, I still need to know for comping in backgrounds.

I also know you can pick up something cheap from a carpentry or workmans store or something, but I can't for the life of me remember what I need.

Can someone shed some light please.

I think its called a "carpenter's protractor".

The tool you're thinking of is an "inclinometer." A tape measure should be able to take care of all the other measurements you need.
