Too much pulldown causing blurry frames?

Not sure how to put into words what is happening, so I've attached a still from the resulting video:

So my video has been rendered out in pieces then re-rendered altogether because Vegas has crashed so much during the initial rendering. Video was shot in HDV interlaced then re-rendered at 24p in pieces then again at 24p altogether. Doesn't look that bad but a problem comes in during angle switches. Frames bleed over from the previous angle in to the new angle for perhaps for 1/5 flash of a second as shown in the still. Motion blur also comes in harder than it should at shaky moments.

Is there a reverse pulldown removal? I think too much of it was done during all the rendering. I think it could be that simple.

Thanks for any tips!
