Adobe CS5 Master Collection for $320? I came across this site that sells OEM versions of software.

Obviously OEM has some drawbacks in itself, but overall, this doesn't seem legal, or is it?

I'm planning on upgrading from CS4 to CS5 and would prefer to pay the going rate for software that is valid and comes with customer support, so I won't be ordering from the above site. Just thought it was interesting.

Some of these sites have hard-to-find pages with their terms and conditions, which sometimes include stuff like they assume you have a valid serial number already, and what you pay buys the software installation disk only - which is effectively worthless.

They are probably Asian bootlegs. You'd be surprised how many sites, even seemingly reputable ones, end up with them. The packaging looks authentic and the discs are factory pressed but they come with the same pirate serial number(s) from the warez versions.

If you buy it, these are OEM versions and will not allow for any upgrades from Adobe. You will not be able to register like a normal customer.
