too good 2 be true lcd monitor??

Is this as good as a deal as I think it is?
Would this be a good enough resolution field monitor?
Seems so cheap. I'm thinking as a flippable monitor when using an M2.

There will be cheaper 7" lcds along soon - don't panic !!!
I keep seeing 7" lcd's here in UK and WANT ONE ! ( wwaaaaaaa !! ) - don't need one , just WANT one.
.
However, each time I get a "special offers" leaflet through the post - they get cheaper - so I'll be patient a bit longer ! - latest offer was a back-of-seat-dvd-player for the kids to watch in car. Twin 7inch screens ,one with player attached, other connected by A/V lead. Price ? - - - - 99.99 pounds +vat = 117.50 pounds . wow! cheeeeep!
So don't panic !!
